Transfer Information
Key features of the transfer process
Transfer Status
Tracks the status of product transfers between warehouses, either Pending or Completed.
E.g., A transfer of 100 boxes or 5 kg of apples marked as Pending until sent.
Receive Status
Indicates whether the branch manager has received the products, either Pending or Received.
E.g., Branch Manager updates status to Received for 10 kg of rice upon arrival.
Management Rules
Guidelines for managing stock transfers
Transfers for both product stocks and quantified products are archived daily once completed.
The Transfer button opens a modal displaying sender branch, receiver branch, and product details, with a map visualization of branches.
Pending transfers allow adding more products (e.g., boxes or kg of rice), but Completed transfers are locked and cannot be modified.
Branch Managers update the Receive Status to Received via Cartify notifications, completing the transfer process.

Transfer management is restricted to Admins and Product Operators. Branch Managers can view transfers and update the Receive Status for secure inventory tracking.
